Need to release that Aggression?! Vale Fight Club offers you the chance to bite down on that gum shield, smile and get involved. Once a month we blast the sparring with 30 minutes of non-stop action, all in a controlled environment where you only hit as hard as you wish to be hit. Plus you get to take on the World and European Martial Art medalist instructor.
